Latest Technology...
The Imprint Group offers Large Format Flatbed Digital
and Multi-Colour Screen. These processes enable us to
deliver consistency across a full range of client's
requirements on any size of campaign.
Imprint is the only company in the world to operate three 6 colour Inca Onset S20 machines, these machines are now fully operational.
The Inca S20 is the next generation in digital
printing with quality and speeds previously
only available through Large Format Litho printing.
Having 3 high-speed digital machines will enable
Imprint to
print up to 750 sq.metres per hour with all the added
benefits of Digital. This includes options on print finishes e.g. gloss, variable data and template options. This is very cost
effective particularly where multiple images are required, print direct to a wide range of substrates.
As well as competing head on with Large Format Litho the new generation machines provide for the first time an
alternative to full colour Screen Print.
Colour Management systems ensure consistency with every job using ISO12647 / FOGRA 39L standard profiles. We can print edge to edge onto virtually any substrate up to 50mm thick with our State-of-the-Art digital in-house facilities. We also have Multi-Colour Screen Printing lines for the larger print runs which can also offer specialist inks and screen varnishes.
